The Children's Department, located on the second floor of the Library, offers activities, materials, and services to children and families from birth through 6th grade. We offer a wide selection of juvenile circulating materials including musical CDs, magazines and puppets. In addition to housing the children's collection, the Children's Department also houses the parenting collection.
The Children's Department offers a variety of weekly story times for children age 2 and older. Throughout the year we also offer special activities for school-aged children. Story times and programs are provided at no charge.
