Free Basic
Internet Instruction
The Case Memorial Library offers free Internet training in a one-on-one session, which lasts for about 2 hours and is geared to the needs of each student.
Learn how to search the Internet to find answers to many of your questions. Lots of people, including many seniors, are finding it fun and rewarding to research subjects such as finance, medical conditions, news, sports, cooking, travel, etc. E-mail friends and family and stay in touch more easily and frequently than that once-a-year holiday card. No stamps to buy!
Stimulate your mind—the interactivity of computer use actually improves memory.
These private lessons are for those who already know how to use the mouse, how to scroll, how to highlight, etc. If you are not fluent in these basic computer skills, consider signing up for our free class, Introduction to Computers: A Course for New Users.
Call the Library at 891-2170 to register or sign up at the Circulation Desk for your individual session. Scheduling is arranged between the student and the instructor.
