Artist Application Policy

The Art in the Library Committee will accept applications from exhibitors on the first Thursday of June between the hours of 4:00 and 7:00 PM.

Please bring:

* 3 items of your artwork for jurying.
* a short biography related to your art training.
* photographs of previous artwork shows, if applicable.

Once reviewed, your artwork will be available for pick up the following Saturday. Within 2 weeks you will be notified in writing of your acceptance or refusal to exhibit.

If approved, you will:
*Be notified of the exhibit date availability.
*Be assigned to a liaison of the Art in the Library Committee.

Arrangements should be made soon afterwards to meet with your liaison. At this time exhibit hanging and opening reception dates will be established and reservations will be made on the Library's event calendar. In addition, a sample Press Kit will be provided.

On the date of exhibit set-up, you will be required to sign and submit the Exhibit Registration and Release forms. (Duplicate forms are provided - one for your records and the other to be retained by the library.)
