War and Potatoes: A History and Book Discussion

Wednesday, January 20 at 7 p.m. (Community Room)

 

Paul Whealon, history teacher at Holy Cross High School in Waterbury,  will begin the discussion with a background on the Channel Islands, their status in relationship to Britain, and the military occupation.  Pat Johnson,  an Independent Scholar, and librarian at the Wallingford Public Library will facilitate the book discussion.   No registration required.
