East Haven's Old Landmarks by Donald Victor Chidsey- Sketches by Donald J. Kirby.Printed in 1935 for the state of Connecticut's three-hundredth anniversary, this small, 4" x6" dark green pamphlet gives brief summaries on Lake Saltonstall; Ironworks,; Isaac Bradley House, Amos Thompson House; The Green; Old Stone Church: Gurson Bradley House; Hemingway Tavern. It also lists old houses of East Haven
East Haven Today Watch it Grow 1928  This brochure provide sketches of  the building of the new East Haven Town Hall, the Old Stone Church, the Capitol Theatre. Pictures included are of the South and Highland, town officials.

Daniel Haven's Notebooks-  transcribed notebooks from Daniel William Haven's "A History of  the village and town of East Haven
Headstone Inscriptions Town of East Haven- This list of inscriptions was copied in 1934 as part of the Works Progress Administration. Inscriptions are for the Old Cemetery, East Lawn Cemetery, Green Lawn Cemetery, Jewish Shevit Achim, Congregation Bikar Cholm B'nai Abraham, Hebrew Free Burial Association Cemetery, Independent Ramban Lodge Cemetery, Independent New Haven Lodge Inc. Cemetery and Jewish Cemetery.   A new list was copied, May, 1988, putting the names in alphabetical order. The names were cross-referenced by maiden names wherever the information was available. Information was also taken from Dodd's Register, a journal kept by Reverend Stephen Dodd, 1777-1865. Data was corroborated by using the records of Reverend Daniel W. Havens, Yale, 1843. Records for the most recent sixty years were obtained from the East Haven Town Clerk's office.
